ICLASS 2009
Please note that your conference registration must be done separately
from your hotel reservation.
Students are welcome to register at a reduced rate. A “student” is
an individual who at the time of the early registration window ending is
still actively pursuing a bachelors, masters or PhD degree in a field closely
related to science, engineering or spray systems. The research advisor
for the student will be required to submit a short email to Dr. Lengsfeld,
Conference Organizer verifying the individual is actively pursuing a degree
and has not graduated before 3/26/09.
There are two ways to register for the conference:

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend the ICLASS 2009, another individual from
your firm may attend in your place, or we will provide a full refund
(minus a $50 processing fee) if your cancellation is received May 1,
2009. After that date and through July 7th, 2009 a 20% fee will be
deducted from the refund. There will be no refunds distributed after
July 8th, 2009. Please note that refunds will not be conducted through
the regonline system and must been done in writing through Dr. Lengsfeld.
