Dear Potential Exhibitor: On behalf of the ICLASS 2009 organizing committee, I would like to invite your company to be an exhibitor at the upcoming 11th International Conference on Liquid Atomization and Spray Systems. The conference will be held in Vail, Colorado from July 26 — 30, 2009. For complete conference details please explore the ICLASS 2009 website. The conference is expected to draw approximately 300 delegates: industry representatives and research professionals from Asia, Europe, Canada, and the United States. The exhibitor space will be in a large ballroom adjacent to the plenary and two concurrent session rooms, and across from the registration desk. A bank of doors in the exhibit hall will remain opened during the day to prominent visual access to a corridor thereby maximizing attendant accessibility. This space will be locked a night. If any vender wants to set up a booth in the corridor during the day to get better interaction with the participants – we can accommodate those requests easily. The food and drinks served during breaks will be placed in the center of the exhibit hall. Additionally we plan to host the Sunday Opening Reception in the corridor, registration and exhibit area. Free attendee WIRELESS access will be available only in this space to establish the exhibitor area as the ICLASS internet café. This year we want to do more for our exhibitors. Tell us what you want as an additional option and we will see if we can accommodate. For example, would you benefit from conducting a 2-hour technical tutorial on a company product in a room adjacent to the technical sessions, running concurrent to the technical session? Maybe you would rather gain access to a room near the technical sessions to arrange meetings with potential clients to demo the equipment for their specific needs? Let us know your idea. The exhibit hall area (lockable facility) will accommodate up to15 exhibitor booths with significant additional space available in the adjacent corridor/reception area. Tutorial times and positioning within the exhibit hall is available on a first-come first-served basis. The fee for each single (10'x10') booth is USD$1700. The ICLASS 2009 conference runs from Sunday evening, July 26 to Thursday, July 30. Registration will be on Sunday from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The Opening Reception will be held in the exhibit space from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Booth set up will begin on Sunday, July 26. Set up times will be sent to exhibitors at a later date.
