Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the ILASS 2010, another individual from your firm may attend in your place, or we will provide a full refund (minus a $50 processing fee) if your cancellation is received March 31, 2010. After that date and through April 30, 2010 a $125 fee will be deducted from the refund. There will be no refunds if your cancellation is received on or after May 1, 2010. Please note that refunds will not be conducted through the regonline system and must been done in writing through Dr. Jog.
