ILASS-Americas 2007 will be held at the Wyndham Chicago hotel. Internet use (guest rooms only)
Register for free Internet access in your room before making your hotel reservations. The fee of $10.95 per 24 hours of use will be waived if you follow these instructions.

You have an opportunity to receive free Internet usage during your stay. You must sign up for the hotel’s frequent traveler program called “Wyndam By Request” (WBR) at www.wyndham.com/wbr/join.wnt before you make your hotel reservations. You will receive your WBR number and can input that into your online hotel reservations. If you must make your hotel reservations by phone, give your reservationist your WBR number and the group name ILASS.

Per day room fees do not include tax, which is 15.4%.

Individuals attending ILASS can make reservations online or by calling the hotel directly. Don’t forget to have your Wyndham By Request number handy to receive your complimentary internet service during your stay. We strongly encourage you to register online to ensure ease and accuracy when making your reservation.

Phone reservations:
If you are unable to make reservations online, you may call the Wyndham Chicago directly at 312.573.0300. The reservation department is open Monday-Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Please note: If the lines are busy, you may be transferred to voice mail or to the hotel headquarters in Canada. To avoid problems, make sure to identify that you are with a group (ILASS) and that you want to speak only with the reservation department at the Wyndham Chicago.

To ensure room rates and availability, please make your reservations by April 14, 2007.
